BirdCue ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Data We Collect
- Account information: Email address and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Scripts: Content you create or paste into BirdCue, stored in your account.
- Audio: Microphone audio is processed in real time for speech tracking. Audio is streamed to our speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) and is not stored by BirdCue.
- Usage data: Anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
- Deepgram: Real-time speech-to-text processing
- Stripe: Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
- Vercel: Application hosting
5. Data Retention
Your scripts are stored as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and export your scripts at any time
- Delete your account and associated data
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Privacy Policy — SaaS Sauce (YouTube API Client)
SaaS Sauce is a private, single-user tool operated solely by its owner to upload the owner's original tutorial videos to the owner's own YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API.
- API data used: The tool accesses only the owner's own YouTube channel to upload videos, set thumbnails, and manage video metadata. It does not access any other user's data.
- Google user data: The tool authenticates with the owner's Google account via OAuth. Access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the owner's machine and are never shared or transmitted to third parties.
- No third-party users: The tool is not distributed, has no users other than its owner, and collects no personal information from anyone.
- No tracking, no ads: The tool does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising, and does not display YouTube content to any audience.
- Data retention and deletion: All data is stored locally by the owner and may be deleted at any time. Google account access can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- YouTube Terms: This tool uses YouTube API Services and users are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
