By accessing or using BirdCue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BirdCue is a browser-based teleprompter and production tool for video creators. The Service uses speech recognition to track your progress through scripts in real time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or scripts

5. Intellectual Property

Your scripts and content remain yours. BirdCue does not claim ownership over any content you create or upload. We only process your audio for real-time speech tracking and do not store recordings.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

BirdCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
